Reflecting on a Year of Growth, Impact, and Innovation
Dear Chino Valley Business Community,
We accomplished a lot last year and are excited to share our 2024 Impact Report. This past year has been one of growth, collaboration, and transformative initiatives, made possible by the dedication of our members, partners, and community supporters.

From expanding our team and membership to receiving industry-wide recognition, including being a finalist for Chamber of the Year, our Chamber has continued to elevate its influence and impact. We are proud to highlight our achievements, including:
- Membership Growth – From 319 to 452 members, expanding our reach and ability to support businesses of all sizes.
- Workforce Development Success – Over $800,000 in funding secured for local businesses to upskill workforce, 435+ jobseekers finding employment opportunities and thousands of job seekers connected to opportunities through our job fairs.
- Leadership – Currently in year 3 of our Chino Valley Leadership Collaborative program which has had approximately 75 individuals developing leadership connections with other local leaders and touring organizations and businesses across the Chino Valley.
- Advocacy – Recognized as Chamber Advocate of the Year by the California Chamber of Commerce, submitting 44 letters in support of pro-business legislation.
- Entrepreneurship & Innovation – The development of our Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center will serve as a hub for aspiring entrepreneurs and regional economic growth.
- Community Impact – Our Chino Valley Leadership Collaborative raised $35,000 for the Chino Community Children’s Theatre and Chino Valley Fire Foundation to support local non-profits.
- Partnerships – Partnered with Chaffey College to provide 719 students with career development programs, coordinated with San Bernardino County Economic Development, Inland Empire Growth & Opportunity and Inland Regional Energy Network to host multiple impactful events across the region.
In addition to these milestones, we’ve hosted dozens of roundtables, annual Pitch Competitions, bi-annual Kids Entrepreneur Fairs, and advocacy events that are shaping the future of business in Chino Valley. Our partnerships with educational institutions like Chaffey College have provided pathways for students to secure thriving careers, and our marketing efforts—through initiatives like the Chino Valley Business Beat—have ensured that our community’s success stories are shared far and wide.
As we look ahead to 2025, we are focusing on:
- Strengthening our regional presence and collaboration
- Deepening one-on-one support for businesses
- Expanding funding opportunities to sustain and scale our impact
